Union Home Minister Amit Shah, speaking at a rally in Bihar’s Madhubani district, expressed strong confidence in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) securing victory in all 40 Lok Sabha seats during Bihar’s 2024 general elections. Shah’s optimism follows the NDA’s impressive performance in 2019, aiming to set a historic record.
He also raised concerns about Bihar’s deteriorating law and order situation, attributing it to an “opportunistic alliance” within the state, warning of potential issues in the ‘Seemanchal’ region. Shah criticized the Nitish-Lalu alliance for opposing the Ram temple construction and not supporting the removal of Article 370 in Kashmir.
