In a heartwarming gesture to mark the birthday of Bhubaneswar Central MLA, SJt Ananta Narayan Jena, a substantial blood donation camp was organized. This philanthropic event, held under the vigilant oversight of Ward No. 43 Corporator Bharat Kumar Lenka, was jointly facilitated by the Laxmisagar Development Committee and the “Odisha Mo Parivar” Jiban Bindu program. The venue for this noble endeavor was the sprawling grounds of “LAXMI SAGAR MELANA FIELD.”
The event, which aimed to encourage and promote the critical act of blood donation, saw an extraordinary turnout of donors. A total of 223 units of life-saving blood were collected during the course of the camp, underscoring the overwhelming response from the community.
