Mallikarjun Kharge, addressing reporters in Delhi, stated, “This is the first CWC meeting after I took charge as the party president. An extended working committee meeting will also take place tomorrow where discussions related to the party will be done. Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and all senior leaders will be present in the meeting and have discussions regarding the upcoming elections in five states and plan accordingly.”
Telangana National Integration Day’ – Mega Rally and Six Guarantees
On Sunday, as part of the comprehensive strategy for the state, the Congress party will hold a “mega rally” near Hyderabad. During this rally, the party will announce six guarantees for the upcoming Telangana assembly elections. The same day will also be observed as ‘Telangana National Integration Day.’
Inclusivity in CWC Composition
The reconstituted CWC boasts 39 regular members, 32 permanent invitees, and 13 special invitees, showcasing the party’s commitment to inclusivity. This diverse composition includes 15 women and several prominent new faces, including Shashi Tharoor, Sachin Pilot, and Gaurav Gogoi, among others, as regular members.
